Caravan Sites - New VAT Changes
With effect from the 1 January 2012 VAT at the standard rate will now apply to the recharge of business rates, water and sewerage costs (unless separately metered) and to charges for the first time connection of gas, electricity and water and sewerage by owners of holiday/leisure caravan sites to caravan owners.
