Dale Simpson - Partner
Dale has over thirty years of experience in dealing with the accountancy, taxation and financial affairs of owner managed businesses, trusts and personal clients. Landed estates are a specialist area which he deals with, including estates with heritage property, family trusts and maintenance funds. He regularly advises on capital tax planning and taxes relating to land and property transactions.
He lectures on accountancy and taxation matters to professional bodies, groups of businessmen and individuals on a regular basis. Dale has acted as an expert witness since 1984 and made appearances in Court, giving evidence under cross examination. He has undertaken CPD training and acted in cases covering personal injury, fatalities, medical negligence, accountancy disputes, business disputes and matrimonial. Valuations of companies and businesses are dealt with on a regular basis.
Dale is based in our Exeter office.
