Litigious situations can be highly stressful and we recognise that clients need the reassurance of professional, unbiased and expert advice, which is delivered in an efficient and sensitive manner.  Clients and solicitors who seek our expertise have commented that our team delivers a very high level of service, providing confidence in often very challenging circumstances.
 
We are frequently involved in offering accounting support and tax advice to compliment the work of a litigation solicitor.  For example, in a personal injury or medical negligence case we might determine loss of earnings.  If a client feels they have a case for professional negligence, we are able to help them recoup financial losses.  Matrimonial issues such as separation or divorce involve division of assets and these must be valued, assistance is often required with Form E applications, asset availability needs to be established for once-and-for-all settlements and taxation matters need to be resolved.  We are also often involved in providing impartial and professional advice where there is a business dispute, for instance between partners or shareholders.

Dale Simpson and Richard Thomas each have more than 20 years experience in acting as an expert witness, whether acting as a single joint expert or party appointed experts, and have given evidence in court.
 
The reports that are presented are in a manner acceptable to the courts and include:
