We act for a wide range of property businesses across the region. Our client base includes businesses acting in all areas of the sector including property investors, property developers, main contractors and sub contractors.
We have experience of advising on the particular requirements of the property sector in areas such as funding, structure, acquisitions, disposals, merges, de-merges and succession issues. Examples of how clients have benefitted from our knowledge include:
